Management Games
After work, I still feel the urge to build beautifully designed systems. Playing video games that allow me to create assembly lines or automate vehicles fulfills this need while letting me relax and rejuvenate.
Jigsaw Puzzles
This is an activity I've loved since childhood. I've also realized that solving 1000-piece puzzles significantly improves my problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Movies & Reading
I also need passive activities where I don't have to build or solve problems. Watching movies and series, along with reading fiction books, provides the perfect balance to my active problem-solving work.
